Meier scores twice, Sharks win 4-1 to extend Canadiens' skid

The Montreal Canadiens called a team meeting after a loss to the San Jose Sharks extended their losing streak to five games. ''We didn't have everyone on board and that's frustrating,'' captain Max Pacioretty said after Tuesday night's 4-1 defeat. Timo Meier had two goals, and Joe Thornton and Marc-Edouard Vlasic also scored for the Sharks (21-12-4), who were coming off a 6-0 setback Sunday in Dallas.
